Spinsters Books and Webbery, Inc. was a non-profit women and children's bookstore and women's center collectively operated by lesbians in downtown Lawrence, Kansas during the 1980s. They also published a lesbian and feminist newsletter entitled Monthly Cycle. This collection includes this publication as well as a collection of women's newsletters from around the country, newspaper clippings, volunteer log books, correspondence and business records.

Standish O'Grady papers

Papers of Irish author, journalist, and historian Standish James O'Grady, whose popular English version of Irish sagas earned him the title "father of the Irish literary revival" in the late 19th century, particularly after William Butler Yeats and other Irish authors made his work more widely known. Stanley and Nelle Heady Reynolds letters

Stanley Reynolds served in World War I as a member of a U.S. Army band. After the war, Reynolds returned to Kingman, Kansas and became owner of the local pharmacy. Nelle Heady worked in the Kingman telephone office until her marriage. This collection contains correspondence between Nelle and Stanley, as well as letters from their son, other family members, and friends.

Stanley Learned Collection

The Stanley Learned Collection includes twenty-six scrapbooks, dating from 1951 to 1968, of photographs, clippings, and other memorabilia which document Learned's leadership and service activities as an executive of the Phillips Petroleum Company of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The collection also contains several works authored by Learned, including his student theses from the University of Kansas, certificates of honors awarded him by the University, and two souvenir medallions.
