The letters are groups in the letter book as follows: Thomas Carney (1878) pages 1 to 65 (all eminating from the St. Louis branch of the Carney wholesale business) and Charles Carney (1891-1896) pages 65 to 213. The Charles Carney letters generally treat real estate matters and other land transacting in Kansas and Colorado.
