Overview Journal used by William Frankland, who trained as a lawyer and served as Attorney-general in the Isle of Man and as private secretary to the secretary of state for home affairs in England. Topics covered in the journal include Frankland's attorney-general work, both in the Isle of Man and in London; continental travels, including in Belgium, Germany, and France; and his illness while in Cheltenham and Malvern, England.

William G. Harvey bank books
