This collection contains research notes and office correspondence for the late Russell Bernard Mesler, Professor Emeritus in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Kansas. Mesler also worked as a consultant for the Spencer Chemical Company and other entities. The bulk of the collection dates from his years of employment with KU, 1957-1992, though his student years at KU and the University of Michigan are also represented.
