The journal is the author's archives, presumably from when she was located in New York City: collection of carbons and drafts of letters, notes, journals, editorial work, etc. Includes much personal material. The two reel to reel tapes are recordings of Di Prima's poetry, and the "absurd" play was written in the round during the fall or winter of 1959 in pencil in several hands (bookseller indicates the play was by "Diane Di Prima, Freddie Herko, and James Waring").

Bound notebook of Manuscript draft verse and other notes. Apparently kept up erratically circa 1968, probably while Diane Di Prima lived in San Francisco. Some loose accompanying material. The River City Reunion was a large-scale cultural event held in Lawrence, Kansas in September 1987 that celebrated the town's contributions to the arts in the Midwest and a gathering of cross-generational counter-culture writers, musicians, and performers. This collection predominately contains audiovisual materials covering the event and a number of release forms associated with the audiovisual material.
