This series consists of photographs, business cards, and miscellaneous materials found throughout the Watkins' papers.

The photographs depict buildings financed by Watkins funds; farms and land owned by Watkins companies, in Kansas, Texas and Louisiana; and promotional post-cards. They cover approximately 1910-1937. Many are not identified or dated.

The rest of the series contains calling cards and advertisements, removed or separated from the correspondence files. They were forwarded to the Lawrence office by prospective agents and/or patrons.
