This series is the current office file copies of the correspondence that the governor sent to legislators during his years as senator and governor. The files contain the pink carbon copy with accompanying incoming letters and reports. House of Representative legislators are listed by folder alphabetically first, then the senators are listed by folder alphabetically second. Empty folders were discarded, with only those legislator's folders containing material being retained.
