Helen C. Marshall served as the Governor's Executive Secretary from January 1975 to April 1978. After that time, Patricia W. Clark served until January 1979. This series of desk calendars were kept daily to record appointments and events that the governor was to attend in the future.

There are two calendars for 1975, in addition to one for 1974. For 1976 and 1977, two and three calendars respectively must be used to determine the governor's activities, since they run concurrently.
