This file consists of hundreds of letters, postcards, and telegrams sent to the Governor's office in April of 1978 concerning Senate Bill #952, which allowed liquor by the drink in restaurants. The vast majority of the letters oppose the liquor by the drink bill. There are a few letters favoring the bill, and a number of tally sheets compiled by the governor's office.
