It also includes materials relating to the Council of State Governments, the coordinator of the conferences. The Council of State Governments material consists of newsletters, informational publications, and information about the activities of its executive committee (Governor Docking was a member 1973-1974). Also included are materials relating to the U.S.-Japanese Governors' Conference of April 1974 and material from the RH MS 1555 addition.
