These notebooks are small, pocket-sized, bound notebooks, written in pencil, often at the moment of observation. Most contain an index of photographs related to the observations. Those with an index of photographs are labeled with “Photographs” or “P” on the folder. Several also contain lists of movies, labeled “M.”
