Manuscript poem, beginning "He dared prepare for..." On a hunger-strike. Signed: "From Padraic Colum 166 West 79 St, New York City". Found in a copy of Colum's Wild Earth, Holt, 1916, inscribed "To E.A.B[oyd] and Nadine from Padraic Colum," (O'Hegarty B532). One page.
