Deposition that he paid Jacob Wilkinson a half-year's dividend to March 22, 1782 on May 17, 1794, and wafered the receipt into the Book of Receipts kept by him as Secretary to the Committee for Conducting the Affairs of the Annuitants of the Spring Estate in the Island of Jamaica. Sworn at the Public Office Southampton Buildings Chancery Lane London, September 15, 1813.
