Correspondence comprises the bulk of the collection. The first 4 boxes are mostly in response to requests in the Astounding Science Fiction magazine for readers' top lists of science fiction books and authors. Box 13 also includes Miller's correspondence with publishers. The rest of the series includes incoming and outgoing correspondence with other science fiction authors and other individuals involved in publishing, letters and miscellaneous materials related to science fiction conventions, and other related materials.
