General
This was one of the first homes in the southeast part of town. It was built by Cooper, Lucille Heym Holland's grandfather. During the 1950's, the house was remodeled into apartments. G.J. Deines owned the house at one time and sold it to E.P. Shaffner. In 1954 it was owned by Furney.
