Materials covering the life and work of various Latin American writers. These materials include Woodyard's notes on their works, copies of their works, scholarly articles on their works, their biographic information, booklets and posters for plays, newspaper clippings, and copies of assignments given by Woodyard to his students when he was teaching the authors' work. There are also several folders with rough drafts of introductions to nine plays intended to make an anthology to be published by Girol, with correspondence between George Woodyard and others working on the project as well as translations of some of the plays that were covered. The last few folders in the second box are slides of images used by Woodyard in classes.
