This series consists mainly of meeting minutes, correspondence, publications, and special reports, the bulk of it dating from 1970-1978. The bulk of this series is located at RH MS 410, but some additional meeting minutes, applications, and governing board information for the years 1986-1998 is availble at RH MS 760.
