This sub-series covers many proposed public works programs in Kansas, to be funded with federal grants. The files include reports of planning commissions, and letters from constituents in favor or opposed to a particular controversial project.

The first box contains miscellaneous files pertaining to the Corp of Engineers and other aspects of public works programs. The other five boxes cover the proposed Kansas projects, filed alphabetically by the name of the project.
