This sub-series is made up of the various requests for Pearson's presence at functions all over the country. It is divided into four sections: Kansas, D.C. Area, Outside Kansas, and Others. The "Others" category consists of correspondence dealing with Senator Pearson's efforts to help groups obtain speakers.

The first three categories only cover the mid-to late 1970s, while the "Others" box includes material from 1963-1978.
