Within Career Papers, the largest series in the Scott collection, are three subseries: General, Legal/Court, and Publications. These subseries contain such papers as correspondence, office information, court documents, published case briefs, and court docket information. Since many of the court publications are undated, these items generally have been arranged within the folders by case number; these numbers are provided within the Collection Description.
