This series consists of the minute books of the Club. The seventeen volumes cover the period March 21, 1888 through April 16, 1986. Only the last page has survived from volume 1. The meeting minutes typically provide information regarding number of meeting attendees, announcements made and business discussed, information regarding specific members (such as resignation from the club or officer elections), treasurer's and annual reports, and an overview of the lesson or other program held and by whom led. Many of the volumes include supplementary materials such as newspaper clippings, which are sometimes located in envelopes with the volumes because they were loose. Volume 15 includes a history of the club in celebration of its 75th anniversary in 1962.
