This folder contains a compilation of Frank Robert Proctor's personal and professional achievements, including the diploma he earned from Vocational school, army records and certificates, his death certificate, his funeral service schedule, and other educational certificates given to his descendants. Frank Proctor spent 20 years in the United States Air Force and was a licensed tailor. There is also a letter from the National Archives and land grant information for Frank Proctor's grandparents, James and Luande Doss. Also in this folder is a list of characters and actors for a play, "The Eighteen Carat Boob," presented at Liberty Memorial High School in Lawrence, Kan.; it is unclear how this relates to the rest of the collection. All material is photocopied; some material has badly faded.
