Frank Proctor spent 20 years in the United States Air Force and was a licensed tailor. There is also a letter from the National Archives and land grant information for Frank Proctor's grandparents, James and Luande Doss. Also in this folder is a list of characters and actors for a play, "The Eighteen Carat Boob," presented at Liberty Memorial High School in Lawrence, Kan.; it is unclear how this relates to the rest of the collection. All material is photocopied; some material has badly faded.
