Low's sister Mary Frances married Milo Marchetti and had four children: Roger, Lisa Frances, Anthony "Tony," and Gina. Mary and Milo divorced and she later remarried to Ed Ressler.

Low's brother William David married Virgina (Ginny) Wood in 1965. They had one child, William Justin. William Justin married Nadine Rambeau in 2011.

Low's sister Dorothy Jane (who goes by her middle name Jane) married Gerard Mark Ciabattari and has one child, Scott Ciabattari.
