The last three boxes of field notes are all on large index cards, organized by year and surveyor. Information recorded typically includes location where surveying, collector's name, time/temperature/weather, and notes about work performed and what samples were collected. Small (1x.5") black and white photographic prints have often been attached to the notes, displaying the environment and/or the individuals conducting the field survey.
