Programs, newspaper clippings, a photograph, anniversary cards, and other related memorabilia from the Friends in Council, a women's organization founded in Lawrence, Kansas in 1871. These materials had been in a scrapbook compiled by Tracy Learnard and his wife Georgene but have since been taken apart for their long-term preservation.
