Most likely compiled by Cellastine Meeks, the materials range from articles on family, community, and politics, to programs and newsletters of local organizations and churches. The items have been kept in their original order and groupings but have been removed from the benchbook for preservation. The last four folders in this sub-series were free-standing items laid into the scrapbook.
