Most of the photographs at this location in box 1 were formerly located at RH MS 202 boxes 38-39 and are described in the pdf at that location. Also with these photographs are three scrapbooks: photographs from Assistant Secretary of War Woodring's 1936 trip to Panama, the St. Louis Municipal Opera's 20th anniversary season opening ceremonies in 1938, and a complimentary scrapbook of photographs from Adolf Hitler's Berchtesgaden, Bavaria retreat dating from 1948. There are as well photographs from the U. S. Army Signal Corps, a Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) reunion at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and other unidentified photographs and negatives.
