Most of the materials at this call number were deposited by the Douglas County Historical Society at the Kenneth Spencer Research Library in 2004 as part of a Unified School District 497 grant to digitize historical materials related to Lawrence and Douglas County, Kansas for an online exhibit, "Lawrence Comunity Connections: Celebrating Diversity, Promoting Pluralism." Those items that were digitized include copies of the scanned images with documentation regarding whether the items were in copyright or not at the time of digitization.
