On one end of the notebook is a list with information on North and South Blumenfeld, Gnadental, Springfield, Emmenthal, Schonthal, and others. The other side of the notebook has journal-like entries from 1904-1909, 1917, 1918, as well as accounting lists and a list of Unruh's childrens' birthdates and other information.
