The "Project reports" series includes final reports on special projects that Meyen directed or to which he contributed, particularly during his time at the University of Iowa and the Iowa State Department of Education. These projects include "Iowa's Comprehensive Plan to Combat Mental Retardation," Meyen's PhD dissertation, several projects centered around training needs for teachers of students with disabilities, and projects to develop prototype training programs for special education teachers.
