This series includes files of correspondence and newspaper clippings related to individual collaborators and teachers that played a part in Karole Armitage's dance career. Collaborators include Mikhael Baryshnikov, Ismail Merchant/James Ivory, and David Salle, as well as Janet Sharistanian, who wrote about Karole Armitage in the field of women's studies. Teachers represented in this file include Shirley Straubhaar and Tomi Wortham.

The files in this series were compiled by Katie Armitage, Karole's mother, and where possible, her original file titles were maintained to reflect Katie's original arrangement.
