Topics include dispatch of soldiers and ships to ReĢunion and Bourbon, Amboyna; Lord Minto to Bengal; political news of Ranjit Singh [1780-1839, Rajah of Lahore] and Shujah-ul-Mulk of Kabul. Two pages (1 sheet), docketed "Duplicate," written by amanuensis and signed.
