This series includes original poetry and prose manuscripts, some unpublished, by Frank Marshall Davis dating from the late 1920s through the early 1980s. It contains preparatory materials for poetry collections 47th Street (1948) and Black Moods (1992), as well as Davis's lesser-known fictional and autobiographical prose.
