Irby, James (Jim), 1950 - 2015

Kenneth L. Irby (KLI) and his brother Jim corresponded frequently about family; music; literature; articles written by other scholars; poets and poetry; and articles and translation works by Jim, a former professor in the Spanish and Portuguese department at Princeton University. KLI often 'doodled' on the envelopes or wrote the topic contained in the correspondence inside the envelope. The correspondence also includes several notes from Jim's children and Marta Peixoto, Jim's wife, as well as several letters from KLI to Jim.
