This series comprises professional and teaching materials from Orel's time as a student through his teaching and research career at the University of Maryland and the University of Kansas (KU). It includes professional documentation such as correspondence, newsletters, CVs, and annual reports; materials relating to Orel's participation in various university committees, clubs, and groups; teaching materials from courses taught by Orel in the English Department; and materials relating to technical writing courses and seminars taught by Orel both at the Midwest Research Institute (MRI) and at KU.
