Scope and Contents
Kaw Valley Girl Scout Council's records include administrative records, such as financial and personnel information; board and committee records such as minutes, reports, and correspondence; historical materials pertaining to Douglas County Girl Scout history; newsletters; posters; program and event materials, such as fliers, planning information, newspaper clippings, and correspondence; training materials such as programs, workbooks, and evaluations; troop records; and audiovisual materials. The records span the council's existence, from the early 1960s through the early 2000s, but also include some earlier materials collected by the council for research purposes and by the council's History Committee.
