Lawrence Hidden Valley Committee has a board of directors as well as a number of subcommittees responsible for various aspects of the maintenance and operation of the Hidden Valley campsite. This series comprises primarily meeting minutes and reports produced by the board of directors and by the various subcommittees. There is a significant amount of documentation from the Building and Site Committees, responsible for overall site maintenance and for overseeing the design and construction of the Hidden Valley lodge, as well as from the Bromelsick Committee, responsible for the management of the Bromelsick funds and for planning the annual Christmas party.
