Lawrence Hidden Valley Committee has hosted a number of events and programs, largely targeted at Girl Scouts, at the Hidden Valley Camp. These events have included yearly cleanup projects, day camps for Girl Scouts, a Girl Scout patch program centered around a Hidden Valley service project and camping experience, and the yearly Bromelsick Christmas Party. The Committee has also financed and managed a campership program to enable girls from lower-income households to participate in Girl Scouts.

This series comprises documentation pertaining to these events and programs, including planning notes, meeting minutes, event programs, and correspondence. Also included at the end of the series are Hidden Valley's two newsletters, Hidden Valley Highlights and Hidden Valley Happenings.
