  2. Sir William Elford, baronet (1749-1837), dated November 6, 1795 from Poole, Dorsetshire to Thomas Pennant (1726-1798) at Downing, Flintshire, offering condolences; asking about a bird identification; separation from family to command S. Devon Militia
