This series includes a nearly comprehensive run of District Court case files from 1862-1975. Files may include some or all of the following: affidavits, agreements, answers, appeals, bail bonds, bills, briefs, citations, commitments, complaints, confessions, discharges, indictments, motions, memos, notices, pleas, releases, statements, testimony, verdicts, waivers, warrants, and writs. Three trial dockets from the early 20th century are included at the end of the series.
