Presumably enclosed, and now in same folder, is a half-sheet of blue paper from Florence L. de Quincey to "Sir" at Lasswade (1 page). Subject: Enclosing autograph which you requested; my father apologises for the delay; he is exhausted from nervous illness and is preparing material for the press. Begins: "My father was shocked to see..."
