Tax sale records, 1859 - 1925

This series comprises tax sale records, primarily for Douglas County lots and lands. Certain records are specific to the Lawrence and Eudora areas. Volumes contain records of sales of land and lots for delinquent taxes showing delinquent owner, description of tract or lot, date and amount of sale, to whom sold, delinquent tax, penalties and costs, and total amount due delinquent owner.
