Scope and Contents
District Court execution dockets include records of judgments rendered; accounts allowed against decedents' estates; and journal entries regarding the appointment of notaries public. Information provided for each type of record can include attorneys, parties named, amounts of judgment costs, dates of execution and return dates, officials receipts and returns, date of allowance, names of individuals receiving allowances, nature of account, and amount allowed.
