Arrangement

The stereoview cards are arranged by the Alexander Gardner partial series first, then followed by an alphabetical arrangement of state and town. Each card is in a mylar sleeve with its item number penciled on the back.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

Stereoview cards are a double set of photographic paper prints mounted on cardstock, viewed through a stereoscope to produce a three-dimensional image.
