Processing Information
Previously guarded into a 19th (?) century album with no markings. Stubs occasionally showed paste and paper fragments, indicating that more material had once been in the album. Spencer Research Library staff cut the letters from the stubs and discarded the album, keeping the letters in original order, except moving item 21 that had originally followed 23, and assigned numbers.
