Records from various projects based out of Hatch's San Francisco office; larger projects represented in this series include the Canadian Pacific Airlines (CPA) offices, a residential condominimum subdivision in Sonoma County, and the Post-Divisadero Medical Building located at the intersection of Post and Divisadero Streets in San Francisco.

Individual project records may include invoices and receipts, correspondence, technical specifications, reports, photographs of renderings and of completed work, bids, proposals, contracts between architect and owner and between architect and contractors, cost estimates, handwritten notes, change orders, legal documents, etc.
