Taking place at or regarding Honley; Crosland; Kirkheaton; Thurstonland; Rowley (Almondbury, Honley), Yorkshire, West Riding. John Kaye, in consideration of a marriage already had between the said Sir John Kaye and Dame Anne Kaye, and defects in a former jointure made by Sir John Kaye, knight and baronet, deceased, Lands settled on Dame Katherine Kaye
