First party: Deersley, Roger. Second party: Wryghtman, Robert. Third party: North, Dudley [3rd Baron North (1581-1666)]. Taking place at or regarding Kirtling, Cambridgeshire. Deersley and Wryghman selling a pasture in Kirtling for £30 over which they have dubious control, acknowledging the existence of a document from the reign of King Henry VIII (dating to 1516) in which the pasture was leased for 99 years by a William Bokinham of Cambridge to Thomas Taylor of Lydgate. North is "not minded to take beneift of the forfeiture." Two partial seals, on vellum.
