General

Exeter, Devon. Letter to Arthur More [sic], Aulnage Office. My daughter, Morgan, just arrived in London from Amsterdam. Glad that Adventurers (including Sir James Hayes) have found drowned treasure; I expect Salter to pay off the account. Enclose the false seal Dony seized at Tiverton [?]. Mr. Tarry, Mr. Evans, Spry confessed it was he and not the mayor that re-seized the cloth which Dony was carrying off. My servis [sic] to the Farmers.
