General
Madrid. Letter to Arthur Moore. SS Co may now thank you; King's decree admits them to import [captive Africans] into the Indies from anywhere! In contrast, the SS Co' pays the junta of the Councill of Indies yet they have told the King this is unwise. We should congratulate Mr. Rigley at Jamaica and his friend in London. Service to Mrs. Moore; Don Guillermo; James Blake; let my cousin in Lee St know that Captain Shaw is well and desires to hear of Mrs. Shaw. Have drawn a bill on you payable to James Bray.
